I love your PP for all sorts of things. Great on everyday spill ( i have 2 kids). They are great for parties. I fold them into squares for guest and they just love them. At Christmas time I have made Christmas trees out of them and at Halloween i make ghost out of them.. They are AWESOME... Keep up the good work. Without your PP my life would be even more messier than it is now... You my personal "YOU FREAKING ROCK" Award... =D

i have always used a less expensive brand of toweling. but recently I started buying bounty as a result of your commercials. I spilled a 1/2 cup of coffee on the floor, computer and my glasses. After the momentary panic, I ran to get paper towels and pulled 4 full sheets off the roll. I arrived at the spill and thought lets see how good you are. I took one sheet and mopped up the mess. I was running to the kitchen to rinse that one sheet out. Didn't need to run, it wash dripping! I rinsed it out squeezed it re-wiped the floor, rinsed it again and not only was it in perfect condition (the one single paper towel sheet) if it dries before the floor I can use it to dry the floor as well. I have searched high and low for the Fall and Christmas prints. Found some at Target but print is not attractive and is all blue or all teal. Neither is a Christmas color. What happened to all the pretty designs I used to buy? That is the main reason I use bounty...for the decor boost to my kitchen. Very disappointed.

I used to feel guilty using a whole sheet for a small job and Bounty has fixed my need!! Love this product!!

You are what you say you are! We keep our Bounty paper towels in our pantry. Today I went to grab a replacement roll and it was very damp. All the rolls were damp-top to bottom.. I found out the gallon of distilled water in a plastic gallon jug stored next to the paper towels was leaking and had a slow leak in the bottom of it. Water had leaked out of it and our Bounty paper towels that were next to it had soaked up probably 95% or more of the water that leaked. The water was even absorbed up to the top of the roll. Pretty amazing actually. Granted I bought a new replacement 8 pack of the giant rolls today but the water was contained to that shelf. None of it leaked to the shelves below and cleanup was minimal------again-thanks for a product that lives up to its promise.

We've always used Bounty and loved it. I don't know what you've changed with this product, but now it leaves behind "dust" or "dander" everywhere I use the towels to clean. When I'm done cleaning, I want everything to look clean and not be covered with little white fuzzies all over everything. No longer a satisfied customer and would like to know what has changed with your product please.

I am disappointed that I am unable to send a letter, comment or question directly to your company. I am able to find a phone number but the hours to reach you are not accommodating. We find you paper towels are the best available for us, however here are my concerns. Our small company uses about 4 rolls daily. We don't use the first or last three sheets on the roll (because of the glue used to adhere the towel). Occasionally we have a pack of 12 that will be a lesser quality controlled product, the 2 ply will separate, sheets wont tear off easily, or one end of the roll will be sloppy and uneven. How can this be avoided? Is is because of where I purchase the product, or the size pack I choose?

The rolls are thick and so are the sheets, they soak up liquid like its nothing and they are great for cleaning because you don't have to keep switching them out. I would recommend these and iIf they were cheaper, they'd definitely be my go to!

Paper towels need to have a perforation that actually separates each towel without having to use a cutting tool to do it. When I'm in the kitchen, I would like to just be able to use one hand to tear off one towel. The new Bounty towels require the use of both hands and even then, they don't tear in a clean line. It is unpleasant to look over at the paper towel roll and see a jagged edge hanging there. Did you fire your quality control department?

Love the idea of being able to choose from a half sheet or a full sheet... depending on the job... However the last rolls that I have purchased are not like they used to be... they don't tear well at all.... just kind of rip here and there.... not happy with the product now ! what has happened to my beloved select-a-size ?
