You keep saying you last changed your formula/technology in Feb 2021 but we don't believe you. Didn't start encountering these newer, less absorbent, inferior paper towels until literally a few weeks ago. Go back to the old formula or you'll have lost another 20+ year customer for good

The new bounty is worse than new coke, crystal pepsi, movie pass, and pepsi blue rolled all into one. This product change is terrible. They smell. They are more useless than the brown flat public school sand paper that was passed off as paper towels. I have always used bounty until today. I am literally setting these things on fire and switching to Viva today. I will be searching for a new quality product not made by Procter & Gamble.

We go through tons on paper towels and have always bought Bounty. I noticed the changes right away and I do not like them. I notice the same thing that others are saying. They are thin, rough, leave lint and are less absorbent. My daughter says the same thing. We are going to try Brawny next.

I have been using Bounty for many years and I have recently noticed a change in the quality of the product. The sheets are thinner and weaker and they tear easily across the sheet instead of breaking along the perforated edges as the older product. Something definitely has changed in the manufacturing process as the product has deteriorated in quality. How unfortunate, but I hope you find this feedback helpful, as intended. Regards Umar

I have always used Bounty Select A Size. Now, however, it seems we are getting fewer towels on a roll. I recently bought the one roll, TRIPLE SIZE, and it didn't last as long as the single rolls that I used to buy. I think it is a rip off and the rolls do not state how many paper towels are on the roll. I think we are getting ripped off.

Trying very hard not to end my 30+ years of using Bounty. I even recite the commercial while using, "rinse and re-use" and "quicker picker upper". Later, I find myself sprinkling the water on the paper instead of fully wetting because they now break apart more easily when wet. Totally shameful! Bring back the old GOOD quality please!!!

I've only purchase and use Bounty for my paper towels. Not only were they durable, but also soft enough for the paper towels to be used in many different applications. This recent change to the patter and texture made me go onto this website and write a review. I have not written a review good or bad for anything (product or a restaurant, etc.) in over a decade. Please change Bounty to how it was before with the original pattern and texture. Performance was perfect for many uses cases. While this new pattern/texture may have improved performance in some cases, it limits how expansive Bounty can be used for many applications. About me: I have a sweatshirt with a Bounty graphic logo on it because I loved Bounty so much, and I also have a Ph.D in engineering. Please change it back.

I have used only Bounty paper towels for about 15 years. The *new* trap & lock technology is terrible. This is not a defect, this was done on purpose to cut costs and make a bigger profit. The towels feel less absorbent and are a tad thinner. When I wet the paper towel it shrinks down into a tissue-like texture and barely picks up a spill. I hope the company listens to its customers. Bring back the trusted, quicker, picker upper!

There are two name brand products I always had to have. Bounty Paper Towels and Northern Toilet Paper. Two months ago, I bought an eight pack of Bounty paper towels as I typically do, and have been doing so for my kitchen for over 25 years. The new Bounty paper towels are thin, cheap, horrible quality, and indistinguishable from previous Bounty paper towel products. Store brand paper towels are now better than the new Bounty paper towels. I'm not talking about the new Essentials brand of Bounty paper towels. I am talking about the standard Bounty paper towels I had been using for 25 years. Bounty paper towels lost a long-time customer. I will not spend the kind of money they charge for a now horrible product. After 25 years of only buying Bounty paper towels, I will be switching to Brawny as long as I can find their product. Now, the difference between Bounty and Brawny is like night and day.

I never write reviews but the new change is so disappointing I feel the need to say something. I've been only buying Bounty for at least 40 years but not sure I can even find uses for the 12 pack I've just bought. This is not a quality control problem, this is a very unwelcome change in the construction. Says "More Cloth-Like" but it's rough as sandpaper, you can see through it, and it shreds like a bargain brand when you get it wet. All things the old Bounty never did. Just let us know when you change it back so we can trust buying it again.
