I've been using this product for years. Very happy with the results. Although, Sam's cannot get my address label correct. They've had to ship this item and others 3 times. The final shipment on the way had to coordinate with the local Fedex station. Sam's has issues with the computer.

I always buy Downy but only at Sam's. The pricing on this size is the best you can get anywhere. I do not use this applicator because it leaks but pour it into a regular Downy bottle where there is no mess or leaking.

I have tried them all but Downy has been the only one that makes my clothing smell the freshest and feels the softest!! I can't do a load of clothing without Downy!

I have always used Downy for years and will continue to use it. I do sometimes use the some of the other Downy softeners for the awesome scents, but the majority of the time I use my old standby of regular Downy.

I buy this item frequently for laundry. My laundry room smells great and I do not have an allergic reaction to the smell. My laundry feels and smells great too.

I buy in bulk and this Ultra Downy is one of those items. My wife has tried other brands but nothing seems to do as good a job as the Downy. I normally write long winded essays that I call reviews based on testing. I am not a chemical engineer so I have to go with the mere fact that it works on our clothes and towels The family nuclear engineer and the family chemical engineer all live in other states and are retired. I would say it adds up but the family mathematician is also retired. I am the family computer engineer and that won't do us much good so the family expert, my wife, says it is great. At Sam's Club price it just does not make sense to waste money on some less effective generic brand.

This product contains and annoying amount of strong scents. I find that it leaves that smell on my skin after wearing t-shirts washed in it. I don't want to smell like fabric softener. I find the smell so annoying that I really didn't pay attention to other attributes. May or may not work as advertised.
