For years I have been using Depends but have found out (thanks to you) Poise was so much better. Everything I need them for covered that need. I didn't have any worries wearing Poise. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They were too big and bulky. The sticky part was not sticky enough. I had to keep using the restroom to adjust the pad. Was not impressed at all. They do have great absorbancy. But are too big and bulky for me.

There comfy to wear, I can move around without my pad moving or getting uncomfortable. Absorbs great which is great if you have a heavier flow.

I have issues with stress incontinence. I've had issues with irritation, but not with Poise. They were entirely the ideal solution for me. The length is just right & not bulky. The absorbency exceeded my expectations on several occasions which would of been extremely embarrassing!! I highly recommend this product & am now a regular consumer!

Surprised it felt natural- not too thick and didn't feel like I was wearing a pad. It has a front and back so you know where to place the pad- clear concise directions. I have a problem with moderate bladder control so when I cough laugh or do yoga sometimes I have leakage- this poise pad was extremally absorbent and had no leakage and plus side kept me dry and no urine smell- Highly recommend.

I feel that the pads are very absorbent even more than a moderate flow. I would even considered this for heavy flow. The do feel very comfortable with no wetness feel. I do like the bottom tells you which way is the front but I would really like the to have the flaps and I wished they would come with a stronger mesh for disposal
