They have a layer to help keep you dry and fresh and I definitely feel dryer than I do when using other pads. They are too thick, but you definitely have the confidence you won't leak while wearing these pads. I recommend!

I am someone who experiences an extremely heavy flow and while using these pads I felt extremely protected nothing leaked thru to my pants or pajamas at night for me that is quite an achievement! The only thing I just wish they were a little softer by the end of the week they were irritating to wear rubbing and feeling uncomfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really pleasantly surprised by not only the product, but also the packaging that each individual pad is wrapped in. The wrapper provides embarrassment free unwrapping, not crinkle noises at all. The pads themselves are really comfortable and highly effective. I decided to try one on for size the very day I got them. Good thing too, because only an hour later I had the most epic sneezing fit ever. I was in the middle of teaching my fourth grader how to multiply two and three digit numbers (stressful enough), when I sneezed six times back to back. By sneeze number five, I had basically lost control of every major muscle group in my body, and just had to go along for the ride. If it hadn't been for Poise Originals Moderate Absorbency Regular Length pads, I, my pants, and my couch would have been in grave danger of a flooding. The pad absorbed quickly, and I was able to make it to the restroom quite comfortably, even with a ten year old dying from hysterics at my expense.

They are very absorbent, I have always had issues with leaks however I had none with them! I would definitely highly recommend. They weren't uncomfortable, I could honestly barely tail that I was wearing a pad. I highly recommend and feel that you will definitely not be disappointed!

However, I got a severe cold right away & I really put them to use! Any of us that experience incontinence issues know a hacking cough is NEVER good. I thought these pads could've been slightly longer because if you don't get them in the exact position they can make you feel like you're dealing with an annoying wedgie all day. The absorbency was great & worked perfectly for the job! I would definitely put these on my shopping list again.

Although the Absorbency and length are moderate, they both are working great so far! As far the absorbency goes, I have had no issues with leakage whatsoever, even at night. And as far as length, I tend to have issues with leakage at night from the back end of the pad, from it simply not being a good length, but these Poise pads are just ideal for a clean and worry free time of the month! **Gifted for Review**
