They're not small, but a great enough size to feel discreet. Have worked out in them, gone to sleep in them, and have held up! No bad odors, and make me feel very confident.

You can see from the pictures posted with this review, the actual size of the pads. They have a bit of a curve on the sides to stay snug with no leaks. There are six sticky strips along outside to adhere to your panties. Absorbs with no odor. Made in the USA with domestic and imported materials.

She wears diapers to bed but during the day, wearing something lighter & less bulky under her clothes feel more comfortable for her. She doesn't have accidents often but sometimes they are unable to get positioned to the toilet in time so having the security of less mess to clean really helps! She uses these for bladder leaks & light menstruation.

For years I have been using Depends but have found out (thanks to you) Poise was so much better. Everything I need them for covered that need. I didn't have any worries wearing Poise.
