I have used this product for years but this new design is terrible! It's time for me to find new product. The plastic just makes it leak on all  Sides    Very sad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was kind of surprised at how much thicker the Moderate absorbency -#4 is compared at the #3. But it is not too thick to feel uncomfortable. The pad is perfect for overnight protection for me. I like the odor protection, makes me feel more confident that there are no tell-tale odors lingering. Overall this pad is just what I need to feel comfortable and confident throughout the day and night.

I've had bladder leakage for quite a few years now, and I've tried all the products I find in the stores. NOTHING is as dependable as POISE. I use the ultimate hourglass and I never have to worry about an "accident". Thank you POISE. You are my type of product.

I felt very secure during some of the adventurous tours we took especially zip lining for the first time. I used the thin-shaped pads . They will now be in my suitcase every trip I take. With Poise you have no problems like that, they are the best, #1 on the market. I am so pleased. Thanks for a super product .

I have used the moderate with the 3 drop sign on the package and loved them. Now you have changed and the 3 drops are to thin and the 4 drops are way to thick. They are very uncomfortable, we used to refer to this type as horse pads as they are like having a horse between your legs. Now I find you have no product that meets my needs, so I have to start shopping again. I really wish you would have left them alone. It's bad enough having this problem let alone keep trying to find product that works.

They also hold the urine and pull it away from you absorbs quickly so you don't have embarrassing overflow and wet pants.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that these are not too thick, but are long. Usually the long pads are thicker than I like or need, but you have to use what is offered. So these really fill a need in my life, which I appreciate. They are still quite absorbent for their size, and bigger ladies will love the longer length.
