I have tried a lot of pads in my day I have been wearing one since I was in my forties due to bladder leakage. I have aways tried the store brands but then I had a chance to try Poise pads and there is no compasion they are so absoibent and they keep the wetness away from your skin. I am stuck on Poise pad. When I opened the package I could see that something was different. They were a little wider and a little shorter and elastic added to the sides and better adhesive to stick to my underwear. They had more of a cup shape than the older ones. I said to myself, oh oh, new and improved. When I put one on I noticed they were more comfortable and fit better. The side elastics kept the pad in place. I feel much more confident about not leaking out the side. I am a 76 year old male with incontinence due to surgery. I am very pleased with the changes that were made.

On 05/21/2016,Georgian wrote a review saying the pad had changed but you said it was only the packaging. I'm sorry to hear you deny the change in the pad because it did change. I have used the same product for 4 years and I can testify that the new pad does not hold as much leakage and it does not protect against odors. I'm very disappointed as I have a very good price through Amazon subscription service and to change to the next higher protection level will cost me about $10 more. I will have to seriously consider what to do.

I have been using the moderate long pad from Poise pads for years. I noticed that the moderate long pads have changed recently. I have been having accidents since the change. I don't understand why it was necessary for the change. I am not happy and won't be buying them anymore. I do not need to be worrying if I am going to have an accident. It is sad that someone felt the need for this product to change.

I REALLY dislike the new contour pads. The adhesive on these pads, if it gets wet at all, sticks to the cotton lining of underwear. I am tired of peeling adhesive off the cotton, and having the lining of the pad go everywhere. I have also had underwear lining ripped by this pad. Shame because the old style pads were MUCH better.

I have been using poise moderate long for years now. I purchased another package the other day and to my surprise the contour of the pad was different. That change has made a drastic difference in the amount of protection it offered. Since using them I've had humiliating accidents that never occurred since I began using this product. It no longer offers the protection at the front (or back) of the pad anymore. The top is not as wide as it used to be. That change makes a big difference. I purchased two 84 count packages and no longer have the security or confidence that the other ones offered me. It's not a matter of up-grading in size, it's about the shape change. Up until now I have been very satisfied with the poise brand but I need something that will offer me the coverage that I need.

Works great for me and is comfortable to wear. Absorbs well.

I find the product helpful, can never find 2 or 3 leve would like to try to see how they work.

Yes they are thicker than other brand but I don't see where they are scented...is that correct
