Pads do not absorb the smallest of leaks. Immediately feels wet.and uncomfortable. Urine sits on top of the pad and if the pad shifts, the sides leak through! At times, the pad will have a slight odor. I could wear another brand all day and never feel wet or detect any order. Why aren't your reviews current for a more accurate assessment of your product?

Due to extreme medical conditions in my early age 20's thru my 40's, I have had numerous surgeries for a hysterectomy, bladder control, falling bladder, and other health problems, I have been using incontinence pads for 40 years...I tried many products but was never happy and always went back to Poise

First off, these pads are wide and instead of them making a "bowl" they actually mound up the opposite way of what they are supposed to do. 100% of the time they failed to work as they are made to do. It is because of the width they fail. Also, the adhesive does not go from one end to the other so I found them to be unreliable at staying in place.
