I have been using Kleenex for decades and have experienced the reduction of quality, thickness, strength, size of tissue and count per box for years but never submitted a review. Until now. In addition to those complaints listed above, the new patterns and colors of the boxes are nothing short of ugly. Did the "designers" speak to anyone over the age of 18? I am an ADULT. No one I know, younger or mature, has their homes decorated in a style which the new designs would compliment. Save the special patterns and colors for the kids and holiday boxes and leave the rest of your product packaging for us grown-ups - you know, the ones with the money to buy K-C products. I've been a customer long enough to know how often the box designs change and these gross things are going to be around for quite a while, during which time I will be purchasing another brand of tissues.

I have been buying Expressions for YEARS - most recently the Limited Edition Betsy Johnson boxes. What happened to this line??? Why is it no longer available, anywhere? I don't like any of the newer designs, they are all dull and not suitable for showing off in any of my rooms! HELP!

I love Kleenex tissues! I have the cube box in 7 rooms of my home, in 3 cars, and 2 in my area at work! I have allergies so I have used cases over the years! I've been buying them in bulk at Costco. Recently the color scheme changed. The graphics and colors don't seem to offer a good neutral option. I don't want to buy covers for all my tissue boxes! Are there neutral schemes coming?

The new box colors and designs are horrible! I read your comments about trying to bring uplifting colors into your home but really, if I am depending on the color of my box of tissues to uplift me, I am in trouble. I don't need my tissues to encourage me, I just need them to match my room. Please ask your design team to consider the colors that people are using to design their home furnishings....not the latest Disney movie. I know this may come as a shock, but not everyone wants cartoon characters on their box of tissues. Please bring back the old colors and designs...or I am going to have to buy another brand. So sorry!!

I have been buying these Kleenex tissues in the flat 160-count boxes for at least 35 years because they are the best! But now the box designs are so ugly I really want to buy something else! That is so sad!! Please go back to the old classic design or come up with a new prettier one!!!

I wish I knew why your company changed the packaging of the Kleenex tissues. The color choices are ridiculous. The color combinations are terrible. Bathrooms are not all purple. After buying Kleenex for over 40 years, i have stopped. I can't find a box with colors that match anything in my home.

I hate the box designs and from reading these reviews it's obvious that many other people do also. Since the reviews complaining of the designs go back at least a year it's also obvious that kleenex doesn't care about customer opinions. I guess it's time to find another brand of tissue.

I've been using Kleenex for all of my 58 years. I weathered the switch to non-absorbent paper 15-20 years ago when all the tissue manufacturers suddenly ran out of good supplies of wood pulp, apparently. I weathered the downsizing of the size. I weathered the thinning of the paper. But now, they've not only downsized but have made them even thinner. For the first time ever, the toilet paper I use is stronger than what has always been the premiere brand of facial tissue. These things are now so thin you'll hurt yourself if you're not careful. Kleenex . . . we made it almost 60 years . . . but goodbye.

I buy these tissues In bulk from Costco. Halfway through the box, the tissues do not automatically feed through the top and you end up having to dig into the box, and try to grab the end of the tissue to feed it back through the top. If you're lucky, you'll get 1 more tissue after that before you have to dig into the box again. Pretty annoying if you ask me. This little song and dance pretty much continues until you dig for that last tissue. I believe I'll go back to Puffs Plus and give up the convience of buying in bulk. I just thought you'd like to know.

i have been buying the COLORED tissues for 33 years now, but the last time i was at the store they didn't have any so i had to buy the "New" Sneeze control, what a disappointment. i used them to clean my glasses and boy what a shock, they smeared them all up. i threw the rest of the box in the garbage and now on the look out for another brand. Bring back the old formula, this one stinks and is not on my grocery list anymore !!!
