We used these wipes long many years, the whole family and recommended it to everyone. We do not know what was changed but all of us got rashes and terrible irritation a few months ago. My daughter and her family figured it out after few weeks and dropped these wipes completely. I was not too smart: suffered many months until they came to visit us in our Florida home and since I packed it in all bathrooms they told me that they're unable to use these!! What??? I immediately replaced them with Huggies and finally I am also healing up!!! Never again! Not sure what was changed but it is terrible now. Will not risk it again.

So cottonelle claims that their product breaks down after flushing. Well according to our septic company. This is not true. Right now, I am facing close to 6k in septic repairs for a collapsed line. When the company came to pump our septic they found..."flushable wipes". Now, they are absolutely as described. But when it comes to the flushable part, not so much. The really sad part to all this. My family could lose our home, understandably bout landlord is livid.

Had to call plumber on a weekend after relatives used toilet. First question they asked was whether anyone was flushing the Cottonelle wipes sitting on the back of the toilet. Very embarrassing. Apparently your product is we'll known within the plumbing community. The plumber's snake pulled out numerous wipes. Currently waiting for invoice. $300 minimum.

The changes that have been made to the cottonelle wipes are disappointing. As allot of people state they tear very easily. I have a partial pack that is an "ultra" in purple packaging that is far superior to anything your selling now. Too bad we can't find these any more. I'm assuming the changes made were in an effort for your company to lower costs but it's only going to cost your customers.

The wipes themselves are effective; they are strong enough for wiping and cleansing, but gentle enough not to irritate. They are very moist which may cause a little bit of a mess once outside of the package, but they're great for cleaning up on the go.
