I would give this 0 stars if I could. With all the time taken to find the perfect day pad for my grandma with alzheimers and Poise redesigns it out of nowhere. When you call they swear it is the same absorbency. Well, I have news for you, it is not. They shift, fold, and are not as wide. They are thinner and do not hold. The front and back of the pad are very thin and do not offer the extra protection. I took an old design and put it to the new one. The new one is much thinner, the old one had a consistent absorbency across the width.

It has been especially bad recently because I have bronchitis and have been coughing like crazy. So they couldn’t have come at a better time. I was quite surprised at the absorbency. They really hold a lot of liquid. I liked that they were long to prevent leaking around them. The only con I have is that they were very thick so they were quite noticeable (to me) when wearing and I constantly felt like others could see them. So, I just used them at night when my coughing was worse.

They are super convenient to use and provide amazing absorbency, so I do not have to worry about using them, especially throughout the night. They provide maximum comfort and protection against leaks. I will continue to use these pads.

They helped prevent leaks and were not bulky like most pads so I didnt feel like they were showing. They worked so good I recommended them to my family who also have trouble with leaks. I was impressed on how well they work.I will buy them for now on. Thanks for letting me try these.

Today at my pharmacy, I tried to purchase two packages of their store brand Maximum Long pads. Unfortunately the store only had one bad of their brand, so the manager offered to sell me a package of Poise Maximum Long pads at the store brand price. I tried one pad of the Poise pads only to find that the adhesive stuck to my panties and tore open as I was attempting to remove the pad. What a mess. I am unable to return them to the store as the package is opened. I will not be trying another pad from this package, as I don't want another mess, but now I am out the purchase price as well as an entire package of pads. I'm very disappointed. The store brand pads work much better for me.

I am using my 1st package of poise pads with the 'scalloped', contour front and lavender backing. These pads leak because of their new shape and thinness. They do not protect and I cannot rely on them to go out in public. I have been a loyal Poise user for many years but I have to find something that works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how absorbent the Poise Originals Maximum Absorbency Long Length pads are. They are great for overnight or when wearing something loose fitting. Not great when wearing clothes that are snug like jeans. Felt like the pad was bulky.

Very helpful but stop making them thinner each year.
