With a bladder leakage problem one is self aware of what can happen with the wrong pads, For instance, leaks, uncomfortable, smelly, and many others. Poise Originals Maximum Absorbency Long Length has everything I could want, long length for full coverage, great absorbency areas in places that need extra protection, and fits great. The pads stay where you place them for a long duration, keeps you dry between leaks, and the smell is just not there. I would highly recommend these pads to anyone who has bladder leakage problems, as this pad can hold a lot of urine in dire times of needs.

I wish they were a little longer in order to protect when lying on back AND/OR front. I would recommend Poise pads to anyone who has incontinence problems. They are the best of all the products that I have tried so far. I use the max long pads for daytime protection and I love them also.

I have used Poise for years since I have to be on diuretics and sometimes I leak especially if I sneeze or cough. They have never failed me! So why did I try another brand? Don't know except maybe a coupon or a lower price. But I was totally disappointed since they did not provide the protection that they claimed. So I am forever sticking with Poise!

I could not live without this product! The pads are comfortable and absorbent. My only complaint is that occasionally, one end "opens"and I wrote to the company and they sent a letter with coupons. Good response. I continue to use this product daily and would recommend it to anyone with incontinence issues.

I have been getting the pads for years and i love them but with the new design i do not like them at all. I have been using poise as a regular pad and they did great but with the new design it's thinner,less absorbent,and there is leakage issues. The old design was better for me personally. I want to stay with poise but with the thinness,the long length being shorter,and the aborsbent problems and leakage i'm going to have to change to a different brand of pads.

Although I have to admit that my leakage problem is for sudden bursts that equal a large amount really fast. Before my problem got this bad, though, it would've been perfect. It was soft and stayed where I put it.
