Which is a really good fit for us plus size ladies. They're slightly bigger and thicker than the regular size 4 pads. Think of it as an old school maxi pad. But truly, they are a lifesaver. If I know I'm going somewhere where I'm going to laugh hysterically, these are a must.

SamsClub .com was out of these for a week or so and I got real concerned . I always buy from Sams and did not want to go elsewhere to buy. I have been a very active Sams Club member since 1991 and was hoping they would restock these . Thee are the best if you have someone that needs Incontinence Pads- buy these! Size is good but not perfect. Its is very thick so not comfortable in wearing for long time. Moreover ocer if you wear it for long period of time it atart causing irritation. But for short times it is good and absorption is good as well.
