Very soft and smooth but there is so much tissue dust that comes off when using that I do not recommend for your face as is leaves a lot of residue.

I love Kleenex brand. Their tissues are soft and don’t rip when you use them. Plus. I don’t feel like@I’m scratching my nose when I have a cold.

I have allergy year round so I sneeze and blow my nose all the time. I have to say Kleenex ultra soft is pretty gentle on my nose
