You have reduced the number of tissues and made them coarser and much less comfortable. We feel like we have been cheated. I don't like the super soft 3 layer ones, either, whether with or without lotion, because they do not seem absorbent. We have been exclusively using Kleenex for years, but now they are no better than Scott tissues.

Kleenex tissues are the best brand of tissues around. My family has been using them for years and we've never been disappointed with them. The ultra soft tissues are just that - Ultra Soft. They feel like a pillow for your nose. And the packaging is really simple, but I love simple.

These are the best tissues for when your nose is raw and red from blowing it so much. They are so gentle and help soothe the pain of it being so sensitive/irritated from being sick. I recently got sick and my boyfriend got me these and I’m never going back to anything but these ultra soft ones.

As I suffer from allergies, it's always been necessary to have a box of Kleenex close at hand. I've been using the exact same box design for 20+ years. This last round of Kleenex purchased from Target are exceptionally rough (my husband and I both noticed this independent each other). My nose is raw and red from the roughness, as I have very sensitive skin. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to discontinue using this product I've used for my entire adult life. I also find it interesting the denial from Kleenex that there is any quality change. You may want to check your manufacturing quality control, as there most certainly has been a change. The tissues feel industrial to me now. No softness at all. Very disappointing. If you need to charge more, then charge more.

I love having travel size tissues especially when I’m going out or if I’m at school sometimes there isn’t any around and I can just get one out for my bag I carry these tissues everywhere for any situation whether it’s to clean up my lipstick or use it for my actual nose

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These tissue are pleasantly thick and feel soft and comforting when using to blow your nose! They're not stiff, thin, or scratchy like others that irritate your nose when having to use. These won't make your nose raw!

A couple of days ago, I saw for the first time the new Kleenex Ultra Soft tissues. The regular ones were fine for my family, so I bought those instead. I was very disappointed when I opened the first box. These tissues are of the quality that one might find on a roll in the gas station restroom. It almost created a need for the Ultra Soft version when I used it, by nearly rubbing my nose raw. This kind of mirrors how Downy removed the fragrance from its fabric softener so they could sell it separately. Please put the soft back in, so I can buy your tissues again. Thanks.
