My doctor recommended I take this every morning and it's really helped me with my allergies! And having 144 sprays per bottle means 4 months of use/bottle, so this is a whole year's worth of allergy relief.

I would recommend Flonase to anyone suffering from allergies. It controls a variety of allergens and is very easy you use. No nasty aftertaste, either.
