Like socks, shoes, coffee or deodorant. I think Flonase falls into that category as well. Whenever I'm having a day when pollen is just causing havoc for my sinuses I can always ALWAYS rely on Flonase. It's never let me down and I am never without it. It is worth every single penny. And I have to say too that the outer packaging being made of recycled paper makes my environment loving heart pitter patter for Flonase even more. Love it!

Unlike other allergy medicines that claim to be non-drowsy but actually zonk you out, Flonase has 0 side effects! Use as directed for at least a week if your allergies are bad. You can start to use it less once you see improvement. I stopped taking Claritin and other OTC pills since they have cleared up so well. Since this is a intranasal steroid, use when needed and supplement with a pure all natural saline mist/liquid. It will soothe your passages in break times. This is a must have for your medicine cabinet if you suffer from allergies!

It’s prescription strength, however you can grab it over the counter—no doctor visit needed! This has a great value and impressive packaging. Just spray it once a day in your nose, and it helps with everything: sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes, even congestion. And the best part? It’s non-drowsy, so you can get through the day without having to fight to stay awake. Only thing is, it’s not instant. Gotta give it a few days to fully kick in. But overall? It works. It’s easy. It’s easy to use and the packaging makes it easy to store or take with me when traveling. The main ingredient works well for me personally. This does cost a bit more than I’d normally spend on allergy relief but one bottle lasts me at least a month. The fact that it works for me makes the cost worth it.

However, it did give me a strong headache, which ended up leading into a migraine for me. The only thing that I had changed in my routine was adding in the Flonase. Be cautious if you are susceptible to headaches and/or migraines.

I had a constant stuffy nose no matter what the season or weather. I was using nasal spray several times a day and even waking up at night to use it. I just could not breathe without it. A friend recommended Flonase. At first, I was hesitant because of the price. The other stuff is about 25% of the cost of Flonase but I was using it so much, I now realize Flonase is far more economical because it gets the job done with one or two squirts. The improvement is unbelievable. I only use Flonase once or twice a day and I have no congestion. I will never go without this amazing product. It really has changed my life!
