I have actually used Flonase in the past. This does have a very floral scent; it's the only way I can think of to describe it. Whenever you spray it, that's kind of what I get in my nose—a floral scent. It does help with allergies and congestion. I just always have issues with any nasal sprays going down my throat, and I was not a big fan of the floral scent. However, using it here and there is not bad. I also take allergy pills every day. For a long time, I used Flonase for years, so I am used to it. I was hoping maybe the floral scent would be a little less pronounced, but it still is very similar to the way it used to be.

My husband has been told by his Dr. to use Flonase every day, It has been working for him! He is on his third bottle but the first two bottles quit spraying when they were almost 1/4 full. I did read one review that addressed this problem. Have not read all reviews yet. Great product, bad bottle design.

Within seconds I get relief from allergies and sinus issues... During pollen season its a must have as I hate using sinus pills/ meds. They give me the jitters and not good for high blood pressure. I've tried all other sprays and Flonase is the only one that works without side affects..l only wish it was a bit more affordable...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this allergy relief 24 hour spray. It is non drowsy and helps clear your nose. A spray in nose and it opens my stuffy nose. It helps clear and last. 72 sprays per bottle so I will get lots of use out of it.

I have major nasal decongestion daily so my doctor recommended switching from a nasal decongestant to Flonase. It felt like I slept better than I usually do for the first 2 days. However on the 3rd day I had a ton of post nasal drip, terrible cough, dry mouth, and a very bad sore throat. These symptoms have lasted for 7 days now so I'm going to have to stop taking Flonase.

Flonase is very helpful HOWEVER.... the OTC bottle sprayer DOES NOT WORK but every 3rd or 4th spray compared to the prescription bottle/sprayer. Now.... in a 120 spray bottle you're lucky to get 2 weeks out of it. SO FRUSTRATING. I will eventually find something that works just as well thelat is more economical because mechanically it works! . My ratings are based on mechanics of the sprayer.....not the actual drug

I like that you can see how much you have left in the bottle and think that the packaging is really great. My allergies have gotten worse over the years, and I've tried tons of over-the-counter meds. Flonase is the only nasal spray that I've tried, and it actually worked.
