[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ingredients in this nose spray works great for seasonal allergies or any type of stuffiness. The design of the spray bottle makes it easy to squirt in your nose. There is a slight scent to this that some might not like but I didnt mind it.

So when I went to Patient First the PA who came to assess me told me to switch to nasal sprays because they would get rid of the bad mucus, but maintain what we needed for lubrication of the olfactory part of the body. And he told the truth! I have been using Flonase ever since!

While we have many gorgeous things to look at, like cherry blossoms and dogwood trees, breathing is pretty hard. This product is a lifesaver. It lasts, it doesn’t have an icky scent to it (kind of smells like lavender), and it is simple to use. Thank you to Influenster for sending it to me to try in exchange for my honest opinion. Keeps my seasonal and year round allergies at bay. Two sprays a day helps keep my allergies away all day. Treats sneezing,itchy watery eyes,running nose, and nasal congestion. Helps with indoor/outdoor allergies cause by pollen,dust and etc … I highly recommend it.

I prefer to use Flonase because it is really effective at helping me breathe easy. My doctor recommended I use it in the morning and at night, and it doesn't have an overwhelming scent that irritates me. They recently redesigned their packaging which is so much easier to open compared to the plastic packaging I'd have to fight to open before. One bottle lasts me a long time, and I can also use my FSA card on it so it's a great value for me.

While using this I notice that I don't have a runny nose as often especially when I visit my sister in laws house with cats. So for anyone that doesn't like taking medicine this is a great alternative.
