Open mouth = dry mouth, and dry mouth causes tooth damage, (even with the humidifier)! I sleep better and don't wake myself up (and my husband) with the inevitable coughing. Packaging was clearly designed to hold two inhalers, but don't be fooled! You're getting only one inhaler. Lasts about a month for me.
