I would recommend because this has been the only nasal speay that has worked keeping my head snot free and from nasal drip going into my chest.

Works fast but I'd definitely say it is not 24 relief. More like 3-5 hour relief and that sucks because you can't take it for another 24 hours.

I would recommend Flonase for post nasal drip. I have had issues over the years with it and Flonase is the only product I have found to help.
