I gave Flonase a try and what a rush--it broke loose some real nasty stuff in my sinuses and open my sinuses just great--I highly recommend it for people with plugged and dry sinus problems--it really helps

My doctor recommended I take this every morning and it's really helped me with my allergies! And having 144 sprays per bottle means 4 months of use/bottle, so this is a whole year's worth of allergy relief.
