The package has clear easy to use instructions shake well and remove the cap spray bottle way from you till a fine mist flows then lightly blow your nose and gently sniff while spraying. Definitely helped my allergy symptoms will continue to use

I started using Flonase at least two weeks before my symptoms started as per my doctor's recommendation. Right now we are in tree allergy season and I still am getting an itchy nose and sneezing. My symptoms aren't as bad but still there and we haven't even gotten into grass season yet which is by far my worst allergy. I was hoping for complete relief and it just doesn't quite cut it for me.

Yes x 100! I have never liked nose sprays. Even when sick, I’d only use them as a final resort. This magic little mister, though, has changed my world. No drainage, no snarl, no runny nose. You can’t tell you’ve even used it, and it WORKS WONDERS! As I’m “maturing” towards the later side of my 30’s, I’m finding myself prone to seasonal allergies. Fall and Winter get me every year. A mist of this each night, and I’m good to go.

The product comes in a well- designed paper box and the box can be recycled. The smell of the spray is mild. I only need two sprays in each nostril to feel the relief so its active ingredient work for me. I felt a significant decline in my symptoms, which enabled me to spend the entire season without constant discomfort. Although it is small, it is worth the money. I sometimes suffer from seasonal allergies, especially during the summer, and this spray has been a lifesaver. It doesn't have an offensive taste if you happen to experience it unlike others, but like I say the applicator is a little weird. After not having allergies all of my life and now experiencing them I realize how awful this is but I'm grateful I'm still not as bad as most people and can use a product like this to get me through the day fairly well.
