Works fast but I'd definitely say it is not 24 relief. More like 3-5 hour relief and that sucks because you can't take it for another 24 hours.

I suffer from terrible seasonal allergies but in the winter my regular allergy pill is not enough. This helps relieve my nasal and chest congestion.

Your info fails to differentiate why someone using original OTC Flonase would switch to Sensimist....what is the clinical difference?

This stuff is awesome! I use this everyday! Super easy to use, easy to find in the stores. Doesn’t leave an after taste like some of the others do.

Even though it is an over the counter product it works much better than any prescribed nasal spray that I have used.
