The Flonase Sensimist is the best because it works quick and you don’t have the medicine drainage going down your throat!

Works fast but I'd definitely say it is not 24 relief. More like 3-5 hour relief and that sucks because you can't take it for another 24 hours.

Totally going to buy again once I run out. The only allergy medicine that works for me and is easy to use and I don?t have to take pills!
