Very effective at clearing nasal passages almost immediately. It has a wonderful floral scent that is very unique when sprayed in nasal cavities. I love love love this stuff and despite the price I will keep coming back for more.

Flonase has been my go to sinus and allergy relief medicine for years. After trying other over the counter brands I always fall back to Flonase. An effective medicine for me.
