It is easy to use and stash in my bag or medicine cabinet. I felt relief pretty quickly after using this and that relief lasts throughout the day. It's not a miracle worker, but considering how bad the allergies affect me, it is a great help with the symptoms!

I don't know what the issue is but this version is not as effective as the original spray. I still have a runny nose. My husband does too. And even though I hated the fact that the other spray would end up dripping down into your throat or sometimes out your nose it was more effective at relieving symptoms. I'm very disappointed.

The Sensimist does not work. I bought it a couple weeks ago and it has either run out of the mist or the mechanism that delivers it doesn't work. It is awkward and hard to use. The old Flonase is much better. I would like a refund so I can buy the other Flonase. Thanks

I have used regular Flonase in the past, but the strong floral smell coupled with the fact that it ran down the back of my throat made me gag every time. I finally just stopped using it and took a pill that didn't help much. When the Sensimist came out, I was skeptical that it would work for me, but I LOVE IT! It doesn't smell like anything at all, and the mist is very fine. I can barely tell that I even sprayed anything in my nose. It doesn't run down the back of my throat like the traditional spray, and it doesn't drip out at all. I almost forgot to mention that it really does work! It's just as effective as the old spray, so I'm thrilled with it! I'll never buy another nasal spray again!

This format is very difficult to administer. You have the feeling that there is no spray going inside the sinuses even if I follow the directions. I am not sure that the medication is getting into my sinuses, hence I cannot assess its effectiveness. Anyhow, I do not see any improvement in my allergies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This works exactly the same as the other Flonase products the main difference is that instead of pushing down the spray is activated by squeezing the pump on the side rather than pushing down like the allergy relief medicine. This would be great for someone who might have arthritis or have trouble holding the slimmer bottle. The actual medicine is the same and works great. Helps with allergy symptoms if used properly.

I love the new outer packing, that is 99.6% plastic free, and the same great Flonase product inside. The sensimist is great as well, as it’s a bit lighter in comparison to the original Flonase, making it great for anyone with a sensitive nose. The product is easy to use, with very clear instructions provided. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone struggling with allergies!
