My house cleaner used this product on my hardwood floors. It reacted with the top coat on the floors and now they ste sticky. My hardwood floor contractor said they will likely need to be redone.

My granddaughter used fabulous o to clean up something on gray carpet and it stained the carpet!! We’ve been using a carpet cleaning machine but can ‘t get it out! Any suggestions?
