Though I prefer paste, I thought the gel was refreshing and made my mouth feel clean and breath was fresh as well. My teeth felt just as clean as with the paste type. Overall, I did like it. My husband was also quite happy with it.

Seriously you get fresh breath for hours and hours, and sparkly white teeth. The gel format is a plus, because paste is often drying, but squeeze the tube slowly or you get a mess on your hands. It comes out very easily. It's still a great toothpaste and the minty flavor is mild and sweet enough. This is a great way to maintain daily oral health.

It builds up some great foam while scrubbing my teeth and has a terrific fresh mint flavor. It keeps my breath feeling fresh long after I brush. My teeth already look whiter just after a few uses. I love the gel texture, the mini breath strips you can actually see in the toothpaste, and the deep cleaning action. The product foams up nicely and gets in between my teeth completely for an excellent clean. My smile looks whiter, brighter, and more healthy since I started using the product regularly. The green gel shows the little "breath strips" in it when you squeeze it out on your toothbrush so you know it will freshen your breath. The tube is also a good size that will last you a while.
