I have to have gum or candy in my mouth throughout the day with having anxiety and ADHD. It helps a great deal and this gum lasts. The gum cubes are perfectly sized and you can make big bubbles. It last long time and I love the flavor. I am keeping a bottle at my office desk as well as my car.

Now they have a sugar free option, and at first you would think there would be a difference due to it, but honestly to me it tastes like normal gum. If you’re looking for a sugar free option, this is it!

I did notice however that there was an aftertaste that was not pleasant. I tend to be sensitive to sugar substitutes so I am not sure if I will be repurchasing.

I love the taste, love how easy it is to chew, and love this container as I can have it in my car cupholder for easy access anytime. Easy to pop a cube or two of gum in my mouth, and off I go. Tastes great and flavor lasts a long time too. I would indeed recommend.

It’s so fun, how they come in a little ice cubes, but I love the blue bursts of extra mintiness that add to the texture of the gum as well. The only downside to this gum is that it doesn’t last as long as I hope it would. bonus: it perfectly in your cupholder, so it’s perfect for on the go.
