I have to have gum or candy in my mouth throughout the day with having anxiety and ADHD. It helps a great deal and this gum lasts. The flavor profile is good, long lasting flavor but I can't get over how soft it is. I won't get this product again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They are perfectly sized cubes not too big yet not too small! They are packed with ice mint freshness and sugar free sweet taste!! I love it - this great when I haven’t brushed my teeth but need to step out. One of these makes your breath smelling fresh. The container is not too big or bulky so I carry it in the car and is quite handy!! The gum taste lasts for a long time and it’s not too chewy where my mouth hurts. Unlike other gums you don’t need more than 1 for it to do its job!

I like the plastic container and it keeps the gum from being destroyed in a bag, it also conveniently sits in my cup holder of my vehicle. The gum has a pleasant peppermint flavor with little bursts of peppermint to help the gums flavor last longer. It freshens breath quickly.
