Frozen item, ruined and sams reimbursed me for it.

The entire box is totally stale. The date on the packaging isn't expired so I am not sure what the deal is. It's super disappointing considering I actually bought the biggest box I could find, since these are our favorite cookies. It's the first time I tried the Knott's brand of these cookies and it will be the last.

not sure what happened here. Used these in vending machines for 20  years ; mine delivered? Most are just shortbread, no raspberry jelly at all...feel ripped off and disgusted.

God help me. I love these darn cookies. They are delicious, low in sugar, and very satisfying to have with a cup of coffee or as an afternoon snack. For those of us trying to keep our sugar intake down, and still enjoy an occasional sweet, these cookies hit the mark. Now don't get greedy, I still need to have them too so don't buy them all up. 😁
