I started using rogaine when I first saw my front hairline starting to thin when I was 22. I am now 53 and I still use it along with Propecia. I still have a full head of hair thanks to both. Start early and don't stop. I have very short hair and the foam worked best for me and dries like regular hair mouse. The liquid caused by scalp to itch.

This product is the real deal... Of course if you don't know the specs you cant expect to see the results your looking for. I started using Rogain in 2009 and signed up to the Rogain coach program on the website. There they teach you how to maximize the result of hair growth. Be warned though if you stop using it after 3 months it will all be gone again, so be sure this becomes a life style. Using Progain (their shampoo), Eating proteins, and exercising make it a faster progress.

I have been using this for 3 weeks and just discovered it is EXTREMELY TOXIC to cats. I had a medical emergency tonight because I scratched my head and then petted my cat. There is zero warning on the external packaging about this. Minoxidil causes heart failure in pets yet this company chooses not to label it. If you have pets stay away from the topical version. This is gross negligence. HOW DARE YOU?

I have been dealing with hair loss for about 10 years, and I always thought that nothing will regrow my hair back, till I heard about rogaine and started using it for about 5 months now it actually works my hair is growing back I can see visible growth. This was my first time trying the foam product, and I much prefer the liquid product. Fill the cap halfway with foam, then apply. Leaves some product in the cap. And, I do still have enough hair that the foam does not make it to my scalp. Switching back to liquid with next purchase.

Noticed very little if any diiference. The foam itself is messy, drips, and runs even with a small amount. However there was a slight change. Minimal at best but its an improvement even if a minor one. Affordable but price should never be a selling point over results.

After reading all the reviews, I decided to give it a try. I purchased 4 months worth (4 bottles) from a local pharmacy. I followed the instructions religiously, never missing an application over that 4 month period. Nothing. No improvement whatsoever. I had a doctor's appointment at the end of 3 months to see if there could be another problem, but nothing showed up. I decided to give it another try, so I ordered the 4 month supply. Three months into it, for a total of 7 months, and nothing. Guess I'm just one of the unlucky 10%. Waste of money.

I have been using this product per the instructions for two years with no results. I bought it on line for convenience and it automatically set me up for scheduled shipments. I did not ask for this and the website made it very difficult to discontinue. Very dissatisfied with this product.
