My mom bought me this once o help with my sensitive teeth and I really don't feel like it helped at all. Although it did seem to make my sensitive gums feel better. But it always left a a gritty feeling on my teeth

My daughter brushes her teeth way to hard and because of this has minimal enamel left. This toothpaste leaves her teeth less sensitive to hit and cold items. This is the only toothpaste I will continue to buy for her

I love that this helps with my teeth not being so sensitive and my mouth still feels fresh after :) sometimes these toothpastes don't let you feel like that

As far as brushing teeth, it's no different than any other toothpaste on the market. However, the after taste was not my favorite and it's probably because of the ingredient they use to protect the sensitive teeth.
