It gives fresh breath because of the mint. Very effective, I had mint breath all day.

Not going to ever ever ever buy this product again not for me it just made my teeth more sensitive

It wasn't the toothpaste for me . It didn't make my mouth or teeth feel clean like I wanted it too.

Not sure if it really helped whitening but it does an amazing job helping my sensitive teeth.

I didn't like the taste of sensodyne. It made my mouth feel like it had powdery stuff in it.
