I have very sensitive teeth, sensodyne is my everyday tooth paste. It has help me with my sensitive to hot or cold food and drinks.

Using this toothpaste I noticed I can drink cold or hot drinks without my teeth hurting and sweets. This toothpaste is great.

I think if I had teeth that we're more sensitive I'd be more appreciative, but I hate the taste of Sensodyne
