I started using this and I have to say my teeth feel so much better and is not sensitive to this product

The caps are annoying and the texture/viscosity (overall thickness, or how thin it was) was not that great.

It just doesn't seem to work all that well ok your teeth may not hurt but it leaves your mouth feeling dirty
