I have arthritis, and my knees were giving me problems, so I decided to try Osteo Biflex. 2 weeks later, my knees were feeling better, not as much pain. But what I didn't expect is that after one month, my nails have gotten stronger, my hair is growing in thicker, my skin is looking better, and even my eyelashes are longer! Great stuff. I switch off between this one and the one with turmeric.

Just bought this supplement, and was excited about the opportunity to improve my joints, as I've had knee problems for years. I'm really hoping they work as well as they say they do. My initial impression is good, I think it's great they have vitamin D so that's one less supplement I have to take. They do smell a little strange but other than that I'm hoping it's going to be a good product.
