I got this product for my dad he has bad joint issues and trouble getting up and down and it hurts when he bends over. Some natural remedies he's tried they just don't help much. This is the number one pharmacist recommended brand. His physical therapist recommended this brand also so we're going to give it a try. since it already has vitamin D in it that's something extra that might help him. They are big tablets but you only have to take two per day. He said they didn't taste bad easy to swallow and no bad aftertaste. We're going to keep taking them and hopefully it will be a great Improvement to his joint health.I have been having joint and muscle and pain for a while now. I don't like taking pills but if it's going to help me in the long run. I need to take something cuz going to the doctor is expensive. I've always read that turmeric is good for you. This product has turmeric in it that's one less pill I have to take. I only have to take two per day. Very easy to swallow and no aftertaste. This particular brand was recommended by my Rheumatologist. She said not all glucosamine supplements are the same or effective.
