I am almost 66 and get compliments on my skin several times a week. They can't believe it when I tell them I just use Ponds. I have tried many very expensive creams before and never had skin like i have now since using Ponds for 10-15 years now. Thank you Ponds.

I was looking for a gentle moisturizer for my dry skin and I found this one. I had recently started using Retin A, which was drying my skin even more than it was before so I desperately needed a moisturizer that wouldn't react with the Retin A. I had also bought one of Neutrogenas salicylic acid face clensers and hadn't realized that it couldn't be used with other topical medication like Retin A, so my skin began to swell with redness and itchyness slightly around my skin. I read the labels to these new recent products I used and finally read the labels, so I wasnt too worried about my ponds moisturizer because it was the Neutrogenas product that caused this so I discontinued the use of the Neutrogena clenser.... I continued to apply my ponds moisturizer and I WOKE UP WITH SWOLLEN UP CHEEKS (which were pretty much very clear) WITH HORRIBLE REDNESS, ITCHINESS AND TEXTURE. Now don't take my word for it, but this definitely didn't work for me but it might for you and I should have swatch tested but if you are like me and you trusted the companys great reviews and had this reaction like mine, you would never be buying from here again. >:C

I have an extremely dry patch of skin next to my nose, so I decided to try this. I dont know why I let myself buy this. The second ingredient on the jar is mineral oil. Mineral oil and petrolatum glycerin both block pores. I have been using this product for three days and I'm getting painful acne all over my face; However, my dry patch is healing. I am going to use this as a body cream rather than facial cream now on.

I am not sure if it comes with a seal under the lid or not. Mine didn't.
