Great customer service!! When I received my package and upon opening two of them I noticed grey residue in the corner of the bottles. Since I didn't know what it was I threw those away and sent them an email, got a response fairly quickly then a second email explaining what it was. They sent me another box then three more bottles. I'm very satisfied with their customer service.

LO has gained a little more than 3 pounds on it in 6 weeks. It's way easier on his stomach than breastmilk was. We all love it.

I was hoping for a tub of formula but those had all sold out, so I ended up with these single serve pouches just to have SOMETHING with this shortage going on. These turned out to be a great buy - the packets are super convenient for on-the-go feeding!

I ordered three cases of the big bottles. Out of the three cases, only one of them did not have a clay like substance on the top of the bottles. I am not sure what this is, but I never had it in any other of my enfamil products. I feel like I wasted my money.

My baby has drinking this formula since she was born on June 2018 , she is very healthy and she is a happy baby. Yesterday I took her to the hospital for physical examination, the doctor said that baby growth and development is particularly good. I am so happy, and I will keep feeding my baby with this formula until she grows up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started feeding this to my baby after we got home from the hospital and the 2oz mini bottles they gave just weren't working. It's very easy and you have more control over the amount that is made and used. Biggest downside if once you make the bottle you need to toss it in an hour so if I pour 2oz and my newborn wants one I'm screwed unless he wants another ounce so quickly
