My son was extremely gassy with the Good Start Gentle. He was very uncomfortable and couldn't sleep longer than two hours without waking up fussy. My pediatrician suggested we switch to Gentlease. Within 48 hours, he was sleeping 6+ hours and he's only two months old! This product helped him to sleep better without the excessive vomiting or belching that he had before.

My son had some issues with Enfamil Newborn and was switched to AR. He did well on the powder AR but it is impossible to mix on the go and he had a bad reaction to the pre-made. We switched him to this stuff and it was horrible. His poops turned gray and had the consistency of thick mud. The doctor said this can be normal and to give it a week or two. After he acted like he was in a ton of pain and his poop continued to be gray for 1.5 weeks I took him in. They tested his stool and found traces of blood. They said this was a result of his stomach lining being inflamed as a reaction to the formula. The doctor said he probably has a milk intolerance but as I've done more research this does not make sense. The formula he did better on (AR) has milk as the main ingredient. This formula has corn syrup solids (AKA: sugar) as the main ingredient. I feel like I was basically feeding my baby a coke with added nutrients. No thank you.

I GOT THIS BECAUSE ITS LABELED "GENTLE" BUT IT MAKE NO DIFFERENT FROM THE REGULAR. MY BABY IS FOUR MONTHS OLD AND SHE ARCHES HER BACK AS SOON AS SHE GET TO 2OZ OF FEEDING. SHE CANNOT TAKE MORE 2OZ AT A TIME. THIS PRODUCT IS NO GOOD. THEY NEED TO RENAME THIS PRODUCT. I FINALLY SWITCH TO EARTH'S BEST. THE ORGANIC BRAND AND SHE HANDLES HER FEEDING PERFECTLY.

I was using the light blue infant formula which was great minus the constant feeling that my baby was uncomfortable after he ate. Now he has a lot more gas but is just so much happier. I can deal with the gas if it means my baby isn't in pain or discomfort.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the powder one and in the beginning it was great but then I notice powder was giving constipation so I switch to the liquid form which was much better. Now my son only drinks the liquid one. I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We started on regular infant NeuroPro and switched to NeuroPro Gentlease when his gas got really bad and we couldn't even set him down without him screaming in pain. The Gentlease definitely helped the gas a good bit (nothing will eliminate it, he is a premie newborn and it's normal) but he sneer spit up on the regular formula and now spits up a ton on the Gentlease. I read that it could be because the formula is thinner.

My son had horrible reflux from the beginning and was even on meds at 1 month old despite trying every possible to avoid them. When my breast milk supply dipped we supplemented with formula and this was the only one that didn't give him stomach issues or make his reflux worse!

My son was on similac advance at first from the hopsital but he was in so much pain from gas and having a hard time using the bathroom so my doctor told me to switch to similac sensitive , he was on that for almost 2 months only going to bathroom 1 a week which I knew was not normal my doctor said to try juice with water and it should help him well it didnt work. My son wouldn't sleep because of being in so much pain from the gas and not using the bathroom. So me and my husband wanted to switch to see if anything else would help, so we swicthed to enfamil gentlease and the first 2 days I really didn't see a difference but now him being on this for 5 days, my son is using the bathroom everyday, doesn't have as much gas and hardly ever crys. I love gentlease!!!
