It works for relieving some of the symptoms when you’re sick and helps you sleep but has so many ingredients I don’t think some even need to be there and it helps my cold symptoms but also gives me a stomach ache and diarrhea

Love the dual box that has both day and night meds. Really helps with congestion and sinus pressure and helps you sleep and then has non-drowsy meds to help in the daytime.

saved my life many a times in college. the pills are large but shouldn’t be too hard to swallow since they’re gel. easy enough to pop out of the metal tabs
