Works better then everything else I've tried. I work will the public. People love to spread there germs & I tend to be the recipient.

I would suggest that if you are sick and can't sleep and need that sickness to have release I would buy this

Tried this instead of the usual dayquil/nyquil and loved it! I don't buy any other brand now when I get very sick!

I use this when I get the flu not often thank god but it really works and relives the fever and lets me sleep
