Normally I but my multivitamin/mineral for seniors at the drug store but not this brand. This is a very good brand, but pricey unless bought at Sam's.

I just turned 61 and eating on the regular basis isn't so easy for me. I need help and Centrum healthy need to eat more. I'm thinking clearer, I'm a problems solver and not the problem.

Why doesn't Centrum list the percent of the daily requirement of each ingredient on its list? Just listing ingredients without that tells nothing. Most other brands list the percent of your daily requirement that the vitamin supplies. I don't buy without that info, Neither should others. It is crucial.

Just got started on this by about one week. I am staring to feel more energy. I know it will take two weeks to three months to give this a full evaluation. Because of the huge list of vitamins in this, I am sure it is good.

Ive been taking Centrum silver 50 Womens vitamins. I Love them! They dont leave a Bad Taste in my mouth like One A Day over 50 does (Yucky). Those taste awful. Grateful I can still get my Centrum 50 .
