This is easy to make and tastes great. Good for when you haven’t much time to get dinner on the table. Probably a little high in salt, but we don’t have this that often.

Country fried steak with gravy from Sam’s, a packet of buttery potatoes, some green beans…pack them all in a Rubbermaid reusable food container and send your truck driver hubby on his way. Easy breezy! And a happy hubby.

Fabulous filler when low on groceries. I could eat these all day when stressed out. The soft whipped texture with butter or cheese calms me. The only consequence is my large tummy line.
