Perfect for our simple life, easy to fix, and is delicious when served with all our favorite meals. Thank you for all you do for us.

We have purchase this for sometime. Tried this at relative's home. Purchasing ever since. Option when you don't have potatoes available.

The taste is really close to home made without the lumps. I NEVER WOULD EAT INSTANT POTATOES, but living by myself they are pretty good.

Quick and easy love that you only need water to make this. Easy for someone older and great when you may not have milk available.

Such good texture, flavor and so tasty. Reminds me homemade mashed potatoes and saves me alot of time in the kitchen.

Good basic mashed, sometimes used in other recipes. We like all the flavors....Idahoan does instant well.

The last box I bought had 12 packs in it and I didn't notice the reduction when I ordered. But the potatoes are delicious

This is a tasty mash potato. The description of “32 oz; 8 packs” is/can be misread as “8 packs with each pack containing 32 ounces”. The box actually has 8 packs of envelope with only 4 oz each”.

I fixed a package of these as per instructions. When eating them with brown gravy, it tasted like something went bad-as in taste. I tasted the gravy-it was fine. I tasted the instant Idahoan Buttery Homestyle Mashed Potatoes and there it was. I guess it was supposed to be a buttery flavor, but when you're not expecting it, it tastes more like something has soured. I'm now looking for something to add to the water or substitute the water to hide the 'buttery' flavor. I've got a box with 11 pouches left.

We have been a frequent buyer of many Idahoan products at our grocery stores. We saw the link to buying online through Instagram, so we clicked & were brought to the full line of Idahoan products, including some not available at the store. We are very pleased using the Buttery Homestyle instant potatoes packet; they take about 5 minutes to prepare & cook in the microwave. The texture & taste is very much like from scratch mashed potatoes, just a lot faster to make. We've introduced our grandson to this brand, and he's a regular user of Idahoan instant mashed potatoes too! We can recall back in the day when instant potatoes were introduced, they had a bland weird taste. Idahoan has improved the instant mashed potatoes products 100%. The potatoes taste real and have that familure mashed potatoes texture & creamy buttery taste like homemade ones. Give them a try; they won't disappoint you!
