I have always had a hard time getting my sin to take his vitamins. I gave him one at first and he said "yummy, can I have another one?" My kids are loving how delicious they are, unlike the chalky tasting ones, these are so much easier for them to enjoy! Im very pleased with how far this brand has come, I love the fact that my kids are getting everything they need in 1 little vitamin! Both of my kids take 1 every morning after breakfast, my 4 year is especially loving them, because after breakfast she says " Mommy time for my vitamin!"
