We have searched long and hard for a gummy vitamin with all the right nutrition but that my son with autism would chew and want to take each day! He loves Gummy VItes and takes them no problem which makes us feel good. We are giving him a healthy start with a good vitamin! They is no High Fructose Corn Syrup, No Synthetic (FD&C) Dyes, its a naturally sourced cherry, berry, and citrus flavors and most importantly it is Gluten Free!! The first night I only had my 7 year old and she took them and didn't say much. The following night I was giving my 4 year old them and she's questioning "what is it? What's it taste like?" And my 7 year old yells from the living room "just take it! They are delicious!" And then she comes running in for hers. I was shocked! I can never find something that both of them like, one always hates it lol. I was super happy! (And yes, my 4 year old loved them too!)

I was lucky enough to have received a free sample bottle of L'il Citters Gummy Vites for the purpose of my review (Opinions are 100% my own) because it has been a real game changer. My son hated the chalky vitamins that I'd given him in the past but he loves the gummies! He thinks they are gummy bears and makes it a point to remind me everyday that he needs to take them. I was a bit skeptical at first with these because my kids haven't ever tried gummy vitamins. I was a bit nervous they would be mistaken for fruit snacks. I was so wrong. They loved these vitamins and the critter shapes. I did take the time to explain that these were medicine and that they can only take them if I give them to them. They understood perfectly and I had no issues, although, I still kept them out of reach. ;) As a mom I love that I was able to give my children vitamins that were not packed with sugar or "fake" colors and flavors. They have just the good stuff that helps my children to grow and stay healthy! In my honest opinion, these are great and I plan to continue using them.

I received these for free and my opinion is my own but I was so excited to get these since I was going to buy them myself.
